Rights of an Individual

Dear Honour,

I have gone through the recent Job Applications pertaining to Banks, Insurance ,Refinery/ Petroleum, Telecom, Aviation, Agriculture, Dairy and many more.
1) Everywhere it is seen that the Age limit is reduced to 27-30 Years.
2) Your Job application fees are higher for General Category and waived of or Lower for Other Category.
2) We pay for getting a standard Job on basis of the laid down parameters and on Merit of conducted Examination.

3)In the recession period many of the Employees were left Jobless due to the Economic cycle of the Country or Organization

4) If a candidate has to apply he has to check the following barometers namely :->

a) Age
b) Category
c) Qualification
d) Recommendation/ References about Projects
e) Experience

6) Now in many Exams you take Graduation Percentage into consideration wheras an Individual doing a Post Graduation is not considered whereas in same Job roles of Other Organisation Post Graduation is given Preference.

There seems to be double standards in the above.

It sometimes comes to a surprise that after you pursue a career or qualification your job prospects are challenged in the very nature that you are not qualified or you do not have a Technical Degree or your Post Graduation would not be considered.

I would not be surprised tomorrow that if your prospects are challenged on the above, you would instead try to find an alternative or curse self by doing a Degree when a Lower Qualification was necessary.

Also , it is easy to see that Employees in Government Job have Job Safety whereas in Private it is Pay for Performance and If another Recession strikes then God save us.

I would request you to kindly forward above to the necessary authorities to consider the Age Limit, Qualification and other listed parameters for due consideration.
